Regardless of these difficulties, she is improving. We are glad that Grandparents Jim and Jill will be here tomorrow to help bounce the baby and maybe change a diaper here and there. Oh and Jill is a nurse so she will be the one who gets to take the catheter out tomorrow morning.

We just wanted to let everyone know that we are home and doing well, even if extremely sleep-deprived. Thanks so much for all your emails, texts and voice messages. And a special shout-out to Grandma Moonpie, who was at the hospital helping out everyday. Couldn't have done it without her.

So glad to hear that the operation went well and she seems to be doing healing and gettin on despite the invasion. Poor muffin - that little face! And poor mom and dad - the constant stress of all of this! You guys just amaze me. You deserve a vacation and parents of the year award (in the form of a vacation). I love the phote of her amidst the petals. I hope you get some sleep soon!

I miss reading a story to Susannah and seeing her when she first wakes up and oh so much more. She is a resilient, good natured, gorgeous girl and is fortunate enough to have the best parents in the world for her.
